I wonder if we are entering a new wave of our globalization that will will either unite us in our shared humanity or serve to separate us further. I keep seeing posts saying that the flu is deadlier than the coronavirus. It isn't. If you take the population of humans who have been hospitalized for both, the coronavirus is much deadlier.

anks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experi ence mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s bettdscer to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
