In my MBA class this term my professor writes about the concept of "allness" in her book, Managerial Communication, with co-author Dr. Geraldine Hynes. They credit William V. Haney for a definition of "allness" in his book from 1992. I say "a definition" because I also believe I can't know everything there is to know about something or that I can write about it all at once here. I was chatting with a co-worker today about the dangers of thinking you can know/talk about/convey "all of something" or that something will be the same to "all" people. So I'm not going to try to tell you all of what "allness is". I'll just share this little poem.
